How long after I place an order will it be available for pickup or to ship?

Most orders are typically ready to ship (or be picked up) the following business day near the time your order was placed today, but still tentative.

How long after I submit my online registration does it take to be approved?

There are multiple factors that can affect the process of validating an account. Typically it can take 4-5 business days.

When and how will a Sales Rep contact me if they require further information for approval?

A sales rep may contact you 2-3 business days after you submit your online registration through e-mail or a phone call.

When I try to login, I receive a message "Your account has not been approved yet.", Why is that?

Your account is currently being reviewed. When your registration information is verified, you will be able to login and view our prices properly.

Are you affiliated with any other brands that have PRO in their name?

No, we are not affiliated with any other brands that produce and market goods similar to ours. We have been in business since 1986 and have worked hard to build a recognizable brand. Pro Club is the only authentic brand in our market.

Do you sell to retail customers?

No, we do not sell to retail customers. We are the manufacturer and distributor of Pro Club brand products. An individual can purchase our products from our retail partners all over the world and through the Internet.
